These Terms govern your use of the AI Chat Organizer browser extension ("the Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
AI Chat Organizer helps you sort your ChatGPT and Claude conversations into folders using AI. Classification uses your own AI provider API key (BYOK); the developer does not operate a server that receives your data.
The free plan is provided at no cost with usage limits. The Pro plan is a one-time purchase granting a lifetime license to unlock unlimited use for personal use by the purchaser. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee).
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of the AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) and platforms (ChatGPT, Claude) you use it with.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI classification may be imperfect. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, ChatGPT, or Claude. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
