We want you to be happy with AI Chat Organizer Pro. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
Email us at wisemanida6969@gmail.com with the email address you used at purchase (and your order/receipt number if available). We will process eligible refunds promptly.
Payments for AI Chat Organizer Pro are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. You may also contact Paddle support directly regarding a charge.
Purchases are for a one-time, lifetime license to a digital product. After the 14-day window, refunds are granted at our discretion, for example in cases of a billing error or a defect we are unable to resolve.
Once a refund is issued, the Pro license tied to your purchase is deactivated and the extension returns to the free plan.
