AI Chat Exporter ("the extension") exports your ChatGPT and Claude conversations to files. Exporting runs entirely in your browser — your conversations are never sent to us or any server.

1. What the extension does with your data

• Conversations: When you export, the extension reads the current conversation from the page and creates a file (Markdown/PDF/HTML/JSON) locally in your browser. This content is never transmitted off your device.
• Pro license email: If you buy Pro, the email you enter to activate is sent to our license server only to check whether your purchase is active. Nothing else is collected.

2. Data we collect

None beyond the license email. We have no analytics and do not receive your conversations or browsing activity.

3. Third-party services

If you upgrade, payment is processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.

4. Data sharing & sale

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
